My greatest strength and passion is to bring individuals, teams and organizations into contact with their own wisdom and power so that they can grow from there and reach their greatest potential.
I experience myself, and see it again and again with the people I work with, that it becomes more fun to grow and develop as people become more aware and receptive to their own strength and wisdom. Changes are no longer a threat, but offer opportunities for more growth and development! Results are achieved faster and are sustainable. I also learn continuously and take steps in my own development, ensuring beautiful results, fed by the people I work with.
My approach is rooted in systemic coaching (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, Schouten & Nelissen) and Transformational Presence leadership (Center for Transformational Presence, Alan Seale). Of course I also use my years of experience as a manager and leader of teams in large institutions. Other elements in my approach are insights and knowledge from the HeartMath Institute, Ontological Coaching & Leadership, Theory U, Appreciative Inquiry, meditation and mindfulness. I combine my knowledge and experience with a down-to-earth mentality and just common sense.
My style is characterized by the words open, direct, trust, intuition, challenge, focus, creativity. I quickly get to the heart of the matter, inspire and open awareness for new possibilities.
